Welcome to Novel Property Management
We are committed to maintaining and administering homes for Boise residents. We maintain a trusted list of contractors and professionals to ensure that our tenant’s homes are comfortable and safe. We only work with property owners who are real people- no faceless corporations.
How Can We Help?
Seamless Paperwork and Legal Processes
We partner with Zillow to streamline our paperwork and legal processes. That means that our prospective tenants are able to pay one application fee for access to a wide variety of rentals through our company and others who utilize the same platform, as well as the necessary backround checks to finanlize leases.
Prompt and Professional Maintenence Management
Good contractors are hard to come by. The best are always busy, and they prioritize professionals who treat them well. Sasha knows how to maintain those relationships. Sasha promptly responds to maintenance issues, ensuring that the needs of our tenants are met, and the investments of our landlords are protected.
Unique Properties
Sasha specializes in managing the kind of properties that people really want to live in- those with character and soul. These type of properties often require more attention than your typical cookie cutter property, but Sasha values maintaining the homes that house Boise people, and maintain Boise and Garden City character.
